We are seeking a full-time Care Coordination Manager. We are looking for someone to be a member of our team and to embrace the victories and challenges of being part of a rapidly growing small business. You won’t have many boring days here. We are looking for a person with a “can do” spirit, who is adaptable, well-organized, has good instincts about people and has a strong emotional IQ. We are looking for the right person to be an important member of our team through a period of amazing growth.

Responsibilities:

Manage schedule coordinator
Oversee schedule management
Coordinate CNA interview schedule, interview and hire CNAs
Coordinate orientation
HR duties include managing of CNA paperwork & compliance
Various office duties as needed
Carry on call phone every other week

Requirements:

College degree
Experience in a fast paced office environment
Computer literate comfortable learning scheduling software
HR experience & knowledge is a plus
Experience with seniors, home care or nursing is a plus

Compensation:

Salaried position: $40-$45K dependent on experience

Paid time off
